Once we receive your order, we aim to process and dispatch your goods within 3 working days (Mon-Fri). However, dispatch is subject to stocking levels. If we encounter any issues with fulfilling your order, we will make sensible substitutions if possible. If no substitution is available, we will contact you for further instructions.
If a delivery company returns goods to us due to failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to charge an additional re-delivery fee or refund your order minus the delivery charge. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please notify us promptly.
After dispatch, your goods should arrive within the delivery timeframe chosen. We are not responsible for any delays once your goods have been dispatched, as the operation of the delivery companies we use is beyond our control. Delivery time is not subject to any contractual obligation.
Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from delivering your goods as planned. These circumstances may include accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, or supplier defaults. We will try to resolve such issues as quickly as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by these factors.
Product Stock
If any items in your order are out of stock, we will not substitute them with other products without your instructions. However, you can contact our customer service team to provide instructions on which alternative products to send. To assist us in selecting suitable items for you, we will reach out to you.
Delivery Failure
Please ensure you provide a correct and suitable delivery address for the specified delivery method. If delivery fails due to an incomplete or incorrect address, no one being home, obstructions preventing access to the delivery location, or communication issues (e.g., building intercom problems), an additional fee will be charged for redelivery.
If the address refuses to accept the delivery, a shipping and return fee of £14 will apply and will be deducted from the refund.
