HMK Store follows the guidelines of the Consumers Contract Regulations 2013, allowing you to return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Unless the item is faulty or sent by mistake, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that this policy excludes any items that have been opened, had their seal broken, or are perishable. All items must be returned unopened, in their original condition, unless defective or damaged.

If any returned items are sent to us without prior notification, we reserve the right to reject them. Returns should be sent in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt, to the following address:

The items remain your responsibility until we receive them. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a delivery service with tracking capabilities.
Beyond the 14-day window, we are happy to accept returns if the item is found to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. In such cases, we will aim to replace the product with an identical or similar item, and refund the return shipping costs. If no replacement is available, a full refund, including return shipping fees, will be issued.
For goods purchased during promotions, refunds will be calculated based on the promotional price.
Once your order is paid for and dispatched, we cannot offer refunds for discounted products with limited expiry dates.
This policy does not interfere with your statutory rights. Please allow 14 days (excluding shipping time) for your return and refund to be processed.
