Terms & Conditions for Access to HMK Store

Purchasing Products Prices exclude postage and packing. In addition to the product price, you must pay for delivery based on the rates at the time of delivery. We will notify you promptly of any delays in product supply. If a product is unavailable, we may credit your account or refund your bank account upon request. Refunds may take 7-14 working days, depending on your card-issuing bank.

We reserve the right to refuse any orders at our discretion. Offers are subject to Terms & Conditions and cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes. You may cancel or amend orders until the specified amendment cut-off point on our website. For dispatched orders, follow the returns procedure.

Delivery will be to the address provided during order placement. We deliver to the main entrance or as close as possible if safe. While we strive to meet your requested delivery times, we are not liable for delays. If there is no answer at the delivery address, the courier will leave a notification for you to arrange redelivery, possibly incurring an additional charge.

Notify our office of any damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery. We will exchange or refund goods in saleable condition with an invoice within 7 days. Refunds may take 7-14 working days, depending on your card-issuing bank. Exceptions apply. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Acceptable Use You are responsible for all communications via this website and agree to use it only for lawful, private purposes. You will not engage in any activity that damages, delays, interrupts, or impairs the website, introduces illegal or offensive content, breaches third-party rights, or causes inconvenience to HMK Store or others.

Fraud Prevention We take fraud seriously and will prosecute any suspected fraudulent transactions. We report fraud to the UK Police immediately, using delivery addresses, names, phone numbers, and IP addresses for prosecution.

Termination and Suspension We may issue a warning, suspend or terminate your registration, and deny access to the website without notice if you breach this agreement, provide unverifiable information, or cause potential legal liability.

General Provisions This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between us. We may amend this agreement by posting an updated version on our website, which will apply to new users immediately and existing users after 14 days. This agreement does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective. You cannot assign this agreement, but we may do so at our discretion. Our failure to act on a breach does not waive our right to act on subsequent breaches. Third parties have no rights under this agreement. This agreement is governed by UK law, with non-exclusive jurisdiction for disputes in UK courts.

Indemnity You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, agents, officers, directors, and employees against any claims or demands, including legal fees, arising from your breach of this agreement or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Trademarks and Copyright Our trademarks include the HMK Store name and logo, which may be registered in multiple countries. Your use of the website does not grant you rights to these trademarks. All website content, including trademarks, graphics, text, photos, and software, is the property of HMK Store, its affiliates, and licensors, protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce any website content except under this agreement. You are granted a limited license to download or print pages for personal use only, without modification.
