    Ingredients

    • Chicken wings [middle joint] 450 g [10 pcs]
    • Ginger little
    • Green onion little

    Seasoning

    • All Purpose Marinade 200 mlL
    • Water 100 mL

    Instruction

    1. Boil the water with a little ginger and green onion, put the chicken in the water for 10 minutes, then put it in ice water for 10 minutes to make the chicken wing skin slippery.
    2. Bring seasoning mix to the boil.
