Ingredients
- Okra 200g (Sectioned)
- Minced Pork 100g
- LKK Minced Garlic 1½ Tsp.
- LKK Minced Ginger 1 Tsp.
- Red Chilli Pepper 10g (Shredded)
Seasoning
- LKK No Hormones* Premium Chicken Bouillon Powder 2 Tsp.
- LKK Pure Black Sesame Oil Some
- Lee Kum Kee Shaoxing Huadiao Wine ½ Tbsp.
- Sugar Some
Instruction:

Add ½ tsp. Premium Chicken Bouillon Powder into the boiling water. Cook the okra for 10 seconds and drain.

Heat the oil over medium heat, stir-fry minced pork and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add in okra, red chilli pepper and minced pork and stir well.
- Add in seasonings, stir-fry over high heat.
