Ingredients
- Fresh fish fillet 250g (cut in pieces),
- Black mushroom 50g (shredded),
- Preserved mustard 40g (shredded),
- Pork 80g (shredded)
Marinade
- Salt ¼ tsp,
- Sugar ¼ tsp,
- Lee Kum Kee White Peppercorn Grinder a little,
- Oil ¼ tsp
Seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood ½ tbsp,
- Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil ¼ tsp,
- Lee Kum Kee White Peppercorn Grinder a little,
- Corn starch ½ tbsp,
- Sugar ½ tsp.
Instruction:
- Marinate the pork for 15 minutes then blanch; seasoning mushroom, mustard and pork and mix well.
- Arrange fish fillet on the plate and add the ingredients from step 1 on top. Steam for 6 minutes.
- Pour 2-3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood and hot oil. Read to serve.
- Tips : Rinse preserved mustard with water can reduce the salty taste.
